Observation

there is a school age child who carries her own epi-pen - she is allergic to bees. The program did not have a medication permision form for the epi-pen. Per the WAC - the child is able to carry the epi-pen herself but the program still is required to have the individual care plan and signed medication permission form that attests to the child's ability to self-admister the medicqation if needed.
